We have developed our MyESTAC REWARDS loyalty program created by Fan prime in collaboration with Arenametrix. The implementation of the CRM tool has allowed us to increase our customer knowledge and develop our loyalty program. The implementation of Arenametrix's CRM has allowed us to set up many marketing automation scenarios that are very popular with supporters. We have also carried out paid media campaigns for ticketing at the match, which have largely allowed us to be profitable on our investments

As part of the digital strategy of the Théâtre Saint-Gervais in Geneva, Arenametrix helped us to bring together in one place our different databases, which were all independent of each other and therefore did not give us a real overview of our audience. Not only is the time spent campaigning and segmenting our contacts infinitely shorter than before, we also have access to ticketing data by performance without having to log in to our ticketing system. Everyone can therefore have an overview of the filling of the room in real time.

40 shows, 250 curtain raisers per season. The need to switch to innovative CRM management was imperative with the aim of optimizing attendance through customer loyalty. The integration of Sendinblue into the Arénametrix tool allows us to track and qualify shipments in a few clicks. A health crisis later, a new season begins with 50 shows and more than 300 curtain raisers. The accompaniment of the spectator experience is reinforced through communication before and after the show; customer profiles that are easier to identify in order to offer them a selection more adapted to their tastes, or to communicate to them the coherent tariff offers.

We have been using Arenametrix for 5 years now and are convinced of the effectiveness of this software package both on the monitoring of sales and marketing analysis of data from sales and on the extraction of files to develop our communication campaign. The daily sales reports on some of our actions allow us to have a permanent feedback on the progress of our sales. The summary tables also give us direct indicators on the communication campaigns conducted around the different shows and events of our programming. The speed and efficiency of our research on the software are major assets to carry out our marketing actions. Thanks to the tool we measure more easily the feedback of the different actions carried out. The campaigns are built with great ease on the rooting application and all the teams using them only give positive feedback on the use and terms of use of this software. The tool continues to evolve, particularly in terms of Marketing automation and new strategies are to be built in these new functionalities.
