Arenametrix accompanied us on the implementation of a mapping allowing us to easily segment our audiences with our ticketing, the implementation of multi-consent and the use of marketing automation. We had positive feedback on the opening of our e-maillings, especially on the campaigns of the Journées des Plantes which pushed us to develop the multi-consent that is being implemented. Indeed we have a very wide offer for our customers and it is important for us to know our audience and to offer them content according to their interests. The first tests will be able to be done during the summer.
