MailSoar has set up a structure to get a grasp of all sorts of issues we were facing with email deliverability. Monitoring and proactiveness saved our business multiple times. They've got to the bottom of the problem and started to sort things out. Eventually, they gave us clear instructions and ideas how to push our business forward. We have a clear strategy how to make all our services better. And we know that MailSoar has our backs covered. Our company encountered email deliverability issue where we found many of our corporate and customer emails were going into SPAM. I had a suspicion that my emails were going to spam but I couldn't be sure. I wanted to confirm this suspicion then get a quick suggestion(s) for resolving this. We did a lot in a very short call: Did a spam test, confirmed suspicion, got a spam/deliverability report, diagnosed the issue and got a suggestion for resolving it. All in about 20 minutes.
