Rapid and decisive action to restore deliverability

Our company encountered email deliverability issue where we found many of our corporate and customer emails were going into SPAM. We needed a quick, responsive team to help us figure out what's going on (audit) and fix the issues. Not only did the Mail Soar CEO took the call with us right away (even though he was on vacation), he was able to conduct a quick audit on the spot and fix our immediate problem. The engagement was incredible efficient with a goal to problem-solve our issues understanding the urgency and impact to conducting our every day business. We've fixed our configuration issue and will continue to monitor but we believe this was the biggest culprit and our emails will now go into recipient's inboxes. We can't thank you enough.
