We worked together as part of an active search for work-study students to meet our needs to strengthen our teams". We received several CVs, all of which matched our requirements. The profiles were of a high standard, which enabled us to recruit a work-study student who met our needs perfectly. We particularly appreciated the responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism of the EIQUEM team.

We called on Eiquem to strengthen our recruitment team for 6 months. We welcomed Camille Mora into our team and things went really well. Camille quickly understood our challenges and how we work. She quickly adapted to understand our business. Pleasant and funny, she was a real pleasure to have in our team. Our operational staff were disappointed when she left. In just a few months Camille managed to recruit some great people who are important to the company.

We needed to recruit an experienced sales person, ideally specialising in EdTech, to support the company's growth. Personally, I'm a junior engineer, fresh out of engineering school, in a 3-person start-up. The recruitment process was something completely new for me. Marie, Camille and Gracia supported us and made the process so much easier. By acting as a very good intermediary between the candidates and us, they relieved us of a number of tasks and allowed us to focus on the essentials. I was able to train myself as a recruiter and take on not 2, but 3 trainees, which was a bit more than I had initially set out to do. As the workload in a start-up doesn't add up but multiplies (depending on the period), that's not too much. And the fact that we found our trainees so quickly (~1 month) is a relief :)

EIQUEM helped us to recruit a collections/circularisation consultant on a sandwich course and a collections consultant on a permanent contract. Looking for a 6-month gap year/end of studies intern. Eiquem helped us find a profile that matched our needs/expectations. They listened carefully and made themselves available. They took our criteria into account and offered us interesting profiles. As a result, we found our next trainee thanks to them. The main result is that we found our next trainee thanks to them. Almost all of the profiles proposed met our criteria and the candidates we met had excellent qualities (technical and human). Weekly follow-up meetings were very useful for monitoring the progress of the processes (calls, interviews, opinions, rejections, proposals, etc.) and for discussing future actions. Listening to our needs, availability and responsiveness enabled us to find our future trainee quite quickly.

Recruitment of two alternates for September. Constraints: limited availability on our side. Operational team, who understood the subject perfectly. Recruitment was efficient, with a lot of upstream work by Eiquem.
