We called on Eiquem to recruit several of our employees. These recruits have all been excellent profiles who have contributed a great deal to our team. The recruitments met our expectations and were carried out very efficiently.

About recruiting a work-study student. We have recruited a student on placement who seems to meet our expectations perfectly.

We urgently needed to strengthen our recruitment team to offset the need for additional staff. We needed a responsive partner who understood our needs very quickly and could provide an immediate and agile solution in RPO mode. The EIQUEM team quickly understood the challenge, proved to be efficient and presented us with some very good candidates, some of whom were recruited, all in just 4 weeks.

The very first recruitment of a work-study student. The third interview was conclusive, which saved precious time. What's more, I'm not sure that I would naturally have been able to acquire this type of profile. I'm very satisfied.

We worked together as part of an active search for work-study students to meet our needs to strengthen our teams". We received several CVs, all of which matched our requirements. The profiles were of a high standard, which enabled us to recruit a work-study student who met our needs perfectly. We particularly appreciated the responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism of the EIQUEM team.

Personally, I'm a junior engineer, fresh out of engineering school, in a 3-person start-up. The recruitment process was something completely new for me. Marie, Camille and Gracia supported us and made the process so much easier. By acting as a very good intermediary between the candidates and us, they relieved us of a number of tasks and allowed us to focus on the essentials. I was able to train myself as a recruiter and take on not 2, but 3 trainees, which was a bit more than I had initially set out to do. As the workload in a start-up doesn't add up but multiplies (depending on the period), that's not too much. And the fact that we found our trainees so quickly (~1 month) is a relief :)

We were fortunate to work with Eiquem to recruit a UX/UI design intern. With the increase in the volume of our work, it was crucial for our design team to strengthen itself to maintain our usual level of performance.The Eiquem agency proved to be the ideal partner to support us in this challenge.
