HEPTA Medical recommends Eiquem

Personally, I'm a junior engineer, fresh out of engineering school, in a 3-person start-up. The recruitment process was something completely new for me. Marie, Camille and Gracia supported us and made the process so much easier. By acting as a very good intermediary between the candidates and us, they relieved us of a number of tasks and allowed us to focus on the essentials. I was able to train myself as a recruiter and take on not 2, but 3 trainees, which was a bit more than I had initially set out to do. As the workload in a start-up doesn't add up but multiplies (depending on the period), that's not too much. And the fact that we found our trainees so quickly (~1 month) is a relief :)
