We had a project to modify and modernise the CMV in our condominium (35 flats). We were having difficulty finding a company that met our specifications and Acorus came up with a very professional proposal. After meeting Mr Millet on site, we were convinced of the company's professionalism, and at the AGM we were persuaded to choose them. After the work was completed, we were delighted to have chosen Acorus. The work was carried out to perfection, on time and with a perfect finish in each flat. We have worked with Acorus for many years on low-voltage (and sometimes high-voltage) cabling at our various sites, installing, completing, bringing up to standard and also diagnosing this cabling. We have been able to standardise our low-voltage infrastructure across all our sites, benefit from Acorus' expertise and advice on these issues, and obtain compliant and reliable results over time.

I've shown this property to several people, and they've all been amazed at the quality of the work. Acorus is involved in low-voltage/IT work on our sites (~400). A workbook and processes have been identified between our 2 companies, and on a day-to-day basis this is generally well followed.

Plumbing and PRM adaptation on a remote site (Antibes). Responsiveness and transmission of detailed reports

Acorus knows how to adapt to special cases: the case of a very elderly person required the installation of a pump in the technical shaft to enable the installation of an extra-flat shower tray allowing direct access without the need to step over it. The PRM adaptations to the bathrooms were carried out perfectly and within a reasonable timeframe. The tenants are very satisfied with the skill of the teams and the materials used.

Installation of network infrastructure on SODEXO sites: Cabling/installation/breaking-in for new SODEXO sites Troubleshooting/creation of new bypasses/network overhaul for existing sites. Site operational after the passage of ACORUS ==> Very professional. Attention to quality and detail.

Refurbishment programme for two buildings containing around forty flats + another works programme to fit out a bicycle storage area. Very satisfied with the work entrusted to this contractor. The ACORUS TCE GROS TRAVAUX team monitors the work perfectly. They are very responsive, listen to the customer and give good advice.
