We've had trouble with email bounce/block messages from Mimecast. Pierre reviewed the Mimecast bounce messages, checked our mail configuration, and found a potential cause. We made the SPF record fix to our DNS live during the call. Pierre helped us quickly fix the hole in our mail setup. With one quick call I have more confidence our setup is correct. We're now expecting to see a drop in messages bounced/blocked by Mimecast.
