Emails were completely blocked, including direct mailings to customers. MailSoar identified a block in Outlook and was able to manually intervene with support to resolve it. Deliverability was thus fully restored.
My emails weren't even going to people's spam folder, they were being totally blocked. Even individual direct emails to a client. We figured out my name was some how being blocked by Outlook. MailSoar was able to talk to someone at Outlook to manually fix it.
