We called on Laurnece Robineau from 5am Logistics to complete the import of our parquet floor during the renovation of our second home in France. Laurence was exceptional. She immediately knew the problems we were encountering, proposed a solution plan mentioning the priorities in order to be as fast and efficient as possible. We felt like we were part of a team where Laurence was the leader and we were there for support, but only when she needed our intervention (signatures and others...). His hard work, his courage (getting up at 3 a.m. to respond to China's export country), and his experience meant that we were able to unblock the container and FINALLY get it to our house to finish a key step of the renovation that without parquet could not move forward.

I called on 5am Logistics to clear my goods which were blocked at the port of Le Havre. 5am helped me get all the necessary documents for customs clearance and walked me through the issues I encountered throughout the process. Then, 5am took care of the customs clearance of the goods once all the documents were collected. 5am allowed a quick release of my goods that were blocked, by offering quick and efficient solutions. This will help me for the next few times I use their services to clear my goods through customs.
